After leaving corporate jobs, Brandon and Reggie focused on personal growth through meditation, manifestation, breathwork, mindful connections, and love which transformed their lives.
Brandon ditched his engineer lifestyle to join Reggie in the wellness industry. With over a combined 10+ years of personal growth and 5+ years of teaching others, they decided it was time to share their practice with the world.
We emphasize that individuals are experts when it comes to themselves. No one knows you better than you.
With our unique practices and tools to help calm the mind, body, and soul we can then begin the healing work and mindfulness techniques to help you find purpose, peace and passion in your life.
